OVERVIEW
Office administrators are often the backbone of a practice, playing a significant part in keeping businesses running smoothly and effectively.
This award recognises the best office administrator in a firm in the accounting industry in Australia who has demonstrated an outstanding commitment to their firm and its ongoing success. It considers the activities and actions of the administrator in terms of providing administrative support to their firm and helping to drive success.
ELIGIBILITY
This award is open to all administrators and support staff employed by a firm in the accounting industry in Australia in the 2017 calendar year. It is based on the period from 1 January 2017 to 31 December 2017.
QUALITATIVE CRITERIA (300 words max per question):
- Detail how you have supported your firm, its staff and partners to create a successful business in 2017.
- Outline your unique selling points/points of difference compared with your peers, and how you have helped build a quality business as a result.
- Highlight any innovation you have driven in your business and how this impacted on business growth over 2017.
- Provide a case study that showcases your success as an administrator.
